The short answer
We run AEO Labs, and it is on this list, so read it as a list written by one of the agencies on it. We have tried to make it useful anyway. Every fact about another agency below comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 7, 2026 and again on October 8, 2026. Where an agency does not publish something, we write "not published" and leave it there.
The SaaS lists that rank for this search today put their own agency first, as we do here. None of them link to the agencies' own pages or publish prices. Each agency below links to its own AEO page so you can check us.
There is no single best AEO agency for SaaS. The right one depends on your stage, your budget and how much proof you want before you sign:
- You want a small specialist team focused on the sources AI cites: AEO Labs.
- You want the most named SaaS citation numbers: Scalerrs.
- You have budget and want research-led programs: Omniscient Digital.
- You want a cheap way in and month-to-month terms: Optimist.
- You are past product-market fit and want a SaaS-only content partner: Minuttia.
- You are between $5M and $50M ARR and want every price published: DerivateX.
- You want a lot of pages, fast: Revv Growth.
- You are SaaS, fintech or AI and want no minimums: Omnius.

How we picked
We started from the SaaS agency lists that already rank for these searches and the agencies they and the search results keep naming. We kept the ones with a SaaS or B2B software AEO offer on their own site. For each one we read the AEO or GEO service page, pricing, case studies, the about page and any "who we serve" page.
We compared six things: how tightly the agency focuses on SaaS, whether a price is published, the contract terms, whether AI results are tied to a named client, what off-site work it does, and who it says it will not take on. That last one is useful. An agency that turns some buyers away is telling you who it is built for.
Off-site work got extra weight. When we sorted 90 days of AI citations for a beauty brand we track, the brand's own website was 5.8 percent of what the engines cited. Third-party editorial, community and reference sites were 59 percent.
That study is a consumer category, but the logic carries to software. When a buyer asks for the best tool in a category, the engine reads roundups, comparison pages and review platforms more than it reads your product pages. The method is in our AI citation sources study.

1. AEO Labs: best for SaaS teams that want a specialist team on the off-site work
What we are. A small specialist agency. AEO and the SEO underneath it are all we do. Our AEO for B2B SaaS offer is built around software-buying prompts: the best-of, alternatives, comparison and use-case questions buyers ask an AI assistant before they book a demo.
What we do for SaaS. We map those prompts and weight them by demand. Then we spend most of the effort getting you into the third-party roundups and comparison pages the engines pull from when they name tools. On your own site we write answer-first comparison and use-case content, and add structured data for your product, features and pricing. You get monthly citation share across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini against your named competitors.
Results you can check. For Upsun, a DevOps platform, ChatGPT ranked Upsun number one for "best overall structured DevOps platform" at the close of a six-month engagement in 2025. Over the same work Upsun gained 12 cited prompts and went from no Perplexity coverage to the top three. That is a 2025 result, and we do not claim it holds today. Most of that work was off the site, in the developer publications the answers already cited.
For OpenSea, citation share across 100+ tracked prompts went from 5 percent to 27 percent over seven months, measured in Profound. Gemini ranked OpenSea first of six for "best NFT marketplace" when we captured it on August 9, 2026, and the share link is on the case study. We have also worked with Enter.Health and Cortico Health. For InCorp, non-branded organic traffic grew from about 2K to 22K in a year, which is a Google result and not an AI one.
Pricing and terms. Not published. Every engagement starts with a 30-day sprint scoped to the company, and we quote after a first call.
Where we are the wrong choice. If you want a price before the first call, DerivateX, Optimist and Revv Growth publish theirs. And if named SaaS AI numbers are what you need to see, Scalerrs and DerivateX publish more of them than we do. Our clearest SaaS AI result dates from 2025.
2. Scalerrs: best for named SaaS citation numbers
What it is. Scalerrs calls itself a SaaS SEO and AEO agency and says it is trusted by 80+ SaaS teams. Its own agency list says it was founded in 2024 and is a fully remote team of around 20.
Results. Three named clients, each with a metric card on the AEO page: Morgen with 4,316 AI citations in 30 days, AutoRFP with 2,116 domain citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity, and Default with 2,771 AI citations in 14 days. Each card names the person at the client, which makes the numbers easier to check.
Off-site work. Broad. The page covers finding the subreddits where your buyers ask questions, getting into comparison guides and category roundups on established sites, and building neutral pages meant to pass Wikipedia's editorial review. It also covers YouTube and backlinks. Monitoring runs on third-party tools, including PromptWatch and Profound.
Pricing and terms. Its own agency list describes a custom retainer, typically from about $5K a month, on month-to-month terms with no minimum contract. The AEO page says you can pause or cancel at any time.
Limit. The results are citation totals. They do not say what share of your tracked prompts that is, or where each client started. Ask for the baseline.
3. Omniscient Digital: best for research-led programs with a real budget
What it is. Omniscient Digital says it helps B2B software businesses turn SEO, GEO and content into growth channels. Its AEO page lists an Austin, Texas address, and its about page says the team is distributed around the world.
Results. Convert grew LLM visibility 81 percent and AI citations 140 percent. OnBoard reached the number one AI share of voice. Order.co's SVP of Go-to-Market is quoted saying its LLM traffic converts at 30 percent against 5 percent for traditional SEO.
Off-site work. Strong. Original research, digital PR, expert contributions and third-party mentions, plus review platforms, communities and comparison pages.
Pricing and terms. Full-service engagements start at $10,000 a month. Contract terms are not published. The page says part of every program goes to structured experimentation.
Limit. The highest published starting price on this list. The page is written for teams that already know buyers use AI to shortlist vendors, so it is not the place to test whether AEO matters for you.
4. Optimist: best for a cheap way in on monthly terms
What it is. Optimist was founded in 2016 by Tyler Hakes. Its AEO page says it works best with B2B tech and SaaS companies on the Series A to IPO arc, and that the team has worked with nearly 200 B2B tech and SaaS clients over 10 years.
Pricing and terms. One of the clearest here. A one-time roadmap is $7,500. Advisory starts at $3,000 a month and full service at $4,000 a month, on month-to-month retainers.
Results. The case studies page shows 26x LLM referral traffic, 8x conversions from LLMs and 25x LLM referral traffic for different clients, and the AEO page claims up to 4,900 percent growth in AI-referred revenue. None of these clients is named.
Off-site work. Described in general terms, as strengthening the authority and third-party signals engines weigh. Digital PR and Reddit are not itemised.
Limit. Two things to check on a call. Standalone AEO is offered only to companies that already have a strong SEO program. And the site reads two ways on execution: the pricing lists a full-service tier, while the about page says done-for-you execution is referred to partners. Ask who does the work.
5. Minuttia: best for SaaS past product-market fit that wants a content partner
What it is. Minuttia focuses on B2B SaaS and shows 50+ B2B SaaS clients and a 93 percent average client retention rate on its AEO page. Location, founding year and team size are not published.
Who it turns away. This is the most explicit list here. Its "who we serve" page says it is not a fit if you have no product-market fit yet, if you need a turnaround, or if you want to run a small test and then commit $1K a month.
Off-site work. Human-led participation in the Reddit threads buyers read, and content-driven mentions on authoritative sites.
Results. Its Meilisearch case study reports a 665% increase in LLM-driven traffic and 2,700% growth in LLM-driven conversions. Both are percentages, so ask for the starting numbers.
Pricing and terms. Its own agency list gives a minimum project size of $4,000+. Its why us page says there is no minimum commitment.
Limit. The one AI result is percent growth with no baseline. You will be relying on the call for the numbers.
6. DerivateX: best for $5M to $50M ARR teams that want every price up front
What it is. DerivateX calls itself a founder-led GEO agency for B2B SaaS and works only with B2B SaaS between $5M and $50M ARR. It was co-founded in January 2024, names North America as its main market, and says four people own each account.
Pricing and terms. The most complete on this list. Retainers are $5,000, $8,000 or $12,000 a month, billed monthly, and a $3,500 one-time diagnostic is the lowest-commitment way in. Each retainer also has an off-site placement budget, quoted per plan. After day 90 the work moves to month to month with no auto-renewal. The top tier, Market Leader, carries a 6-month minimum.
Results. Gumlet now attributes 20 percent of inbound revenue to AI search discovery. REsimpli saw 50%+ growth in website sessions from ChatGPT within 90 days. Both are named, and the Gumlet figure is tied to revenue, which most agency numbers are not.
Off-site work. Industry publications, high-authority listicles, review platforms and community threads, paid for from the placement budget.
Limit. It does not take local SEO, ecommerce, B2C or pre-revenue companies, and the ARR band is narrow. Budget for the placement spend on top of the retainer. It was founded in January 2024, so its track record is short.
7. Revv Growth: best for content volume
What it is. Revv Growth says B2B SaaS is its core focus. Its about page gives a Dover, Delaware mailing address. Founding year and team size are not published.
Pricing and terms. Priced by output: $3,000 a month for 10 articles, $5,000 for 20 and $8,000 for 40, with enterprise work scoped separately. Contract terms are not published.
Results. Atlan, with $4M in sourced revenue and 6,500+ AI platform citations. OvalEdge, with LLM referral sessions up 178 percent while organic leads hit an all-time high.
Off-site work. Listed as digital PR and citation-building recommendations, and third-party authority opportunities. The wording suggests advice on off-site work rather than placements Revv makes itself. Ask.
Limit. AI handles research, drafting and structuring, with people editing, and the page cites 130+ AEO pages delivered a month. If you want a few deeply reported pieces or heavy off-site placement, this model is not built for that.
8. Omnius: best for SaaS, fintech and AI companies that want no minimums
What it is. Omnius works only with SaaS, fintech and AI companies. It is remote-first with HQs in London and Belgrade, and says it has spent the past 10 years in B2B SEO. It built its own AI search tracking tool, AtomicAGI.
Off-site work. Among the most specific here. Its GEO page names Reddit, Quora, G2, Gartner Peer Insights and LinkedIn, and runs digital PR as its own workstream.
Pricing and terms. No price is published. The about page says it has no tense clauses or minimums.
Results. For ANNA Money, the AEO page reports AI search traffic up 164.44 percent and weekly signups up 60 percent in six months. It also features a case study on Omnius itself, with AI search growth of 106 percent.
Limit. Outside SaaS, fintech and AI, it will not take you. Inside them, ask for the starting numbers behind the ANNA Money percentages.
Two more we looked at
Animalz has an AEO page that covers Reddit and outreach. Its about page says it started in New York in 2015. We left it off because the page has no SaaS-specific wording, pricing or client AI numbers.
Flow Agency has a B2B AEO page covering SaaS and professional services. Its legal notice lists a Berlin company. We found no pricing or client AI numbers.
What to ask before you sign
- Which buying prompts will you track, and can I see the baseline? You want a named list of best-of, alternatives and comparison prompts and where you stand on each today.
- Which sources do the engines cite for my category? Roundups, G2, Reddit, Wikipedia: the answer differs by category, and the agency should know yours before it quotes.
- Is off-site placement in the fee or on top of it? DerivateX states plainly that it is on top. Ask everyone else.
- Can I open the proof? A share link on the engine's own domain beats a screenshot. A screenshot beats a citation count. A citation count beats a percentage with no starting number.
- How will AI-referred pipeline be attributed? Ask what shows up in your own analytics and CRM, and how.
- What happens if I stop? Monthly terms are common here. Ask what you keep.

Where to start
Take 20 prompts your buyers would type: "best [category] software", "[competitor] alternatives", "[you] vs [competitor]". Run them through ChatGPT and Perplexity this week and write down which tools get named and which pages are cited. If you are missing, the next question is why, and that is what an audit answers. Ours is the AI visibility audit, and the SaaS offer is on the AEO for B2B SaaS page.
