The short answer
We run AEO Labs, and it is on this list, so read it as a list written by one of the agencies in it. We have tried to make it useful anyway. Every fact about another agency below comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 7, 2026 and again on October 8, 2026. If an agency does not publish something, we write "not published" and leave it there.
A note on names before the list. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) are the same job. Some agencies say one, some say the other, and a few say AI SEO. We mostly say AEO, and our main list of the best AEO agencies covers the agencies that use that name. This page covers the ones that sell it as GEO.
The right GEO agency depends on what you sell and how you like to buy:
- Growth-stage brand that wants a specialist and proof you can check: AEO Labs.
- Large brand with a content and digital PR budget: Siege Media.
- You want the work built around list articles: First Page Sage.
- B2B SaaS, and you want no minimum commitment: Minuttia.
- SaaS, fintech or AI company that wants a European team: Omnius.
- Shopify store: Charle.
- You want a published price and a fixed 90-day commitment: Digital Elevator.
- You want a GEO-only shop with a free audit to start: GEO Digital.
How we picked
We started from the agencies that rank for "geo agency" and "best geo agencies" today and the names that show up across other GEO agency roundups. We kept the ones that have a GEO service page of their own. Onely was on our long list. We dropped it because its GEO, about and home pages publish no location, pricing, terms or named AI result we could check.
For each agency we read the GEO page, the about page, any pricing page and the case studies. We compared five things:
- Who the agency serves, and who it turns away.
- Whether a price is published.
- The contract terms.
- Whether its AI results name a client.
- How much of the work happens off your website.
Most GEO roundups skip that last one, and it shaped this list more than anything else. When we sorted 90 days of AI citations for a beauty brand we track, the brand's own website was 5.8 percent of what the engines cited. Third-party editorial, community and reference sites were 59 percent.
An agency that only edits your pages is working on a small slice of what the engines read. The method is in our AI citation sources study.

1. AEO Labs: best for growth-stage brands that want proof they can check
What we are. A specialist agency for growth-stage brands. Our generative engine optimization services page sets out the work. Our clients include DTC and ecommerce brands, B2B SaaS, healthcare and multi-location services.
What we do. We track a fixed set of buyer prompts, usually 80 to 150, with a baseline per engine. We build a source map of the pages each engine cites in your category. Then we rework the pages a model would quote, add structured data, and make sure AI crawlers can reach the site. Most of the effort after that goes off the site: listicle placement, digital PR and community work. We report citation share and position per engine.
Results you can check. For Try Create, ChatGPT ranked Create first for "what is the best creatine gummy" in a logged-out US session on August 9, 2026, a year after the engagement ended. The case study links to the answer on ChatGPT's own domain. For OpenSea, Gemini ranked the brand first of six for "best NFT marketplace" on August 9, 2026, also with a share link. For Lux Unfiltered, Gemini named the brand its best dye-free pick for "best tanning face drops". For iSleep, the client's own GA4 shows $12.8k in revenue from AI referrals across 71 orders over 11 months. That is a small number, and we print it because it was measured. For Upsun, ChatGPT ranked the brand first for "best overall structured DevOps platform" at the close of the 2025 engagement. We date that one to 2025 because it does not reproduce today.
Pricing and terms. Not published. Every engagement starts with a 30-day sprint scoped to the brand, and we quote it after a first call. After the sprint the work continues as a retainer, or your own team takes the plan forward.
Where we are the wrong choice. If you want a price on a web page before you talk to anyone, Digital Elevator publishes one and we do not. If you are a household name with a large content and PR budget, Siege Media is built for that. If you sell B2B SaaS and want an agency that does nothing else, Minuttia and Omnius are built for that.
2. Siege Media: best for large brands with a content and PR budget
What it is. Siege Media has offices in Austin, Chicago, New York City and San Francisco. Its GEO page is aimed at SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, cybersecurity, education and travel brands.
Results. Two named clients on the GEO page: Mentimeter, with 250,000 ChatGPT visits, and Grow Therapy, which nearly quadrupled its LLM visibility.
Off-site work. This is the strongest off-site offer on the list. Siege builds a disclosed brand presence in the communities your buyers use, including Reddit. Its affiliate partnerships aim at roundup sites like Bankrate, Wirecutter and G2. And it produces research reports and data stories for digital PR.
Pricing and terms. Not published. The GEO page asks clients to commit to a 6+ month horizon.
Limit. Siege says plainly it is not a fit if you want gray-hat shortcuts or results in weeks. If you need movement inside one quarter, look elsewhere.
3. First Page Sage: best for work built around list articles
What it is. First Page Sage says it has more than 150 clients, most of them midsized companies. It has industry pages for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, ecommerce, fintech, healthcare, HVAC, law firms and manufacturing.
Results. The case studies are anonymized. One is a New York plastic surgeon whose AI recommendation share went from 11 percent to 64 percent across 31 key queries. Another is an AI writing assistant whose qualified leads grew from 214 to 2,640 a month.
Off-site work. First Page Sage's GEO page says appearing in highly ranked list articles is the largest factor. Its team includes a list and database outreach role and online reputation monitoring, and it runs online PR for links and citations.
Pricing and terms. Not published for its own work. It publishes a GEO cost guide that groups the market into three tiers, which is a useful read before you take any sales call.
Limit. No client is named, so none of the results can be checked. The site also dates its GEO work two ways: the GEO page says the service launched on May 9, 2023, and the cost guide says the firm pioneered GEO in early 2024.
4. Minuttia: best for B2B SaaS that wants no minimum commitment
What it is. Minuttia is a GEO agency for B2B SaaS companies.
Results. Its Meilisearch case study reports a 665 percent increase in LLM-driven traffic and 2,700 percent growth in LLM-driven conversions.
Off-site work. Human-led participation in the Reddit threads where buyers make decisions, plus content-driven mentions on authoritative sites.
Pricing and terms. Its own agency list gives a minimum project size of $4,000+. Minuttia says it is not cheap and never will be. It also says there is no minimum commitment, and that its results are what keep clients paying.
Limit. Its site is written for B2B SaaS companies, so if you sell anything else, ask before you book a call. The Meilisearch numbers are percentages, so ask for the starting figures.
5. Omnius: best for SaaS, fintech and AI companies
What it is. Omnius is a remote-first agency with headquarters in London and Belgrade. It cites 10+ years of experience in B2B SEO and works only with SaaS, fintech and AI companies.
Results. ANNA Money grew signups by 60 percent and AI search by 164.44 percent. Omnius also publishes a case study on its own site, with AI search growth of 106 percent.
Off-site work. Digital PR runs as its own workstream. Omnius also targets citations on Reddit, Quora, G2, Gartner Peer Insights and LinkedIn.
Pricing and terms. No price is published. Its about page says it does not use restrictive clauses or minimums.
Limit. The vertical restriction is firm. If you are not SaaS, fintech or AI, Omnius is not your agency.
6. Charle: best for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores
What it is. Charle is an ecommerce agency established in 2018, with offices listed in New York, London and Manchester. Its GEO service is built only for Shopify and Shopify Plus.
Results. The GEO page lists +1,030 percent GEO visibility growth for Rhute and +164 percent AI search citations for Cambridge Satchel. No timeframe or method is given.
Off-site work. Digital PR aimed at mentions and links from relevant publications. Reddit and listicle work is not published.
Pricing and terms. Not published.
Limit. Shopify only. Charle has a whole section on its GEO page explaining why, and if your store runs on another platform it will not be the right fit.
7. Digital Elevator: best if you want a published price
What it is. Digital Elevator has operated since 2010 and describes itself as a marketing services company for lean in-house marketing teams. It has industry pages for healthcare, life sciences, biotech, medtech, B2B SaaS, edtech and ecommerce.
Results. Two results on the GEO page: a biotech brand with a 1,182 percent increase in LLM-referred sessions, and a 29,700 percent increase in AI referrals. Neither names the client.
Off-site work. Best-of roundups and listicles that feature you, editorial placements, and Reddit activity that it caps to stay authentic.
Pricing and terms. The clearest on this list. A full three-pillar program typically runs $9,000 to $24,000+. Off-site programs start at $3,495 a month across a 90-day program. A sprint runs 90 days, that is the commitment, and nothing renews on its own. You decide at the end of each sprint whether to run another.
Limit. The AI results on the GEO page are not tied to named clients. Digital Elevator also publishes its own GEO agency roundup with itself first. So do we, which is why we flag it.
8. GEO Digital: best for a GEO-only shop with a free audit
What it is. GEO Digital is a remote-first, pure-play GEO agency positioned in India. It is a new brand from the team behind SEO Marketing Agency. It says it works with startups through to enterprises, across ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare, finance, education, real estate, travel and legal.
Results. A RentCafe case study headlined as a 280 percent increase in AI search visibility in 90 days.
Off-site work. Not published.
Pricing and terms. Not published. It offers a free GEO audit.
Limit. Off-site work, pricing and contract terms are all unpublished, so you will learn the shape of the engagement only on a call. Ask how they define "AI search visibility" before you compare that 280 percent with anything else.
What to ask before you sign
Most of what separates these agencies shows up in five questions:
- Which prompts will you track, and can I see my baseline first? You want a named list of buyer prompts and where you stand on each today, per engine.
- How much of the work is off my site? If the answer is none, the agency is working on a small share of what the engines cite.
- Can I open the proof? A share link on the engine's own domain beats a screenshot, and a screenshot beats a percentage.
- What was the starting number? Five of the eight agencies here headline percent growth. A large percentage on a small base is still a small number.
- What happens if I stop? Minuttia and Omnius say they have no minimums. Digital Elevator stops after each 90-day sprint unless you renew. Siege asks for six months or more. Know which one you are signing.
Watch for a few red flags as well. GEO bolted onto an SEO menu with no GEO results of its own. A "visibility score" that never connects to traffic, leads or revenue. And GEO sold as a separate line item from SEO, when Google AI Overviews leans on what already ranks.

Where to start
Run 20 of your own buyer prompts through ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity this week and write down who gets named, and which sites the answers cite. If you are missing, the next question is why, and an audit answers it. Ours is the AI visibility audit. The full offer is on our GEO agency page.
