9 Best AEO Agencies for Real Estate (2026)

Published October 30, 2026
Part of our complete guide: 10 Best AEO Agencies in 2026, Compared on Price, Terms and Proof
The short answer

For a solo agent or team, the safer pick is a real estate specialist that publishes a price. FlyDragon fits agents who want a published price and one agent per market, with the most specific named AI results here. BulletProof fits solo agents who want the website, CRM, reviews and PR bundled. InboundREM fits agents who want to own their website and work with a company founded in 2014. CiteVantage has the lowest published prices and a three-month minimum, delivered by a one-person company formed in July 2026. First Page Sage fits brokerages, funds and proptech, and is the only agency here that says its content is reviewed for fair housing compliance. Genevate fits developers and commercial firms that want PR-led GEO. Real Estate Webmasters and Agent Image are website companies that sell AEO on top of their sites. AEO Labs (us) is last: we have no real estate case study, and we fit brokerages, proptech companies and developers that want off-site citation work and a measured audit.

The short answer

We run AEO Labs, and it is on this list, so read it as a list written by one of the agencies on it. We have put ourselves last, because we have no real estate case study and most of the agencies above us work in nothing else. Every fact about another agency below comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 24, 2026. Where an agency does not publish something, we write "not published" and leave it there.

There is no single best AEO agency for real estate. It depends on whether you are an agent, a brokerage or a firm, whether you want a new website, and what you can spend:

  • Solo agent or team, you want a published price and your market to yourself: FlyDragon.
  • Solo agent, you want the website, CRM, reviews and PR bundled: BulletProof.
  • You want to own your website and work with a company founded in 2014: InboundREM.
  • You want the lowest published price and a three-month minimum on your own site: CiteVantage.
  • Brokerage or franchise: First Page Sage, or CiteVantage's Brokerage plan if you want a published price.
  • Commercial real estate firm or investment fund: First Page Sage.
  • Developer: Genevate.
  • Proptech company: First Page Sage names proptech on its page. We fit here too, with limits.
  • You are already on a Real Estate Webmasters site: Real Estate Webmasters.
  • You are buying an Agent Image website and want AEO in the package: Agent Image.
  • Brokerage, proptech company or developer that wants off-site citation work and a measured audit: AEO Labs.

Whoever you pick, check one thing. Only First Page Sage says on its real estate page that its content is reviewed for fair housing compliance. For the other eight, including us, it is not published. Ask.

For the wider field, see the main list of the best AEO agencies.

How we picked

We started from the two lists that rank for these searches and the companies they name, then added real estate agencies with a dedicated AI search page that neither list includes. We dropped two whose sites returned errors to a browser, and five more whose real estate pages had no AI search content or whose AI pages had no real estate content. CRMs and IDX platforms that sell AEO as a feature (Lofty, Sierra Interactive, Pitched Agent) are software, so they are out. That left eight: four real estate only specialists, two website companies with an AEO service, and two generalists with a real estate page. We are the ninth. Neither of the two lists above us quotes a price, a contract term or an exclusivity policy.

For each one we read the real estate AI page, the pricing page, the about page and the case studies, and compared six things:

  1. Who it targets and platform ties. Agents, brokerages or firms? Its own website and CRM, or the site you have?
  2. Exclusivity. Does it sell one agent per market? If so, a named result in a city is not available to you in that city.
  3. Published price and contract terms. Four of the eight publish a price. Minimum terms run from none to six months.
  4. Named AI results. A named client, prompt and engine, or only Google rankings and portfolio averages?
  5. Off-site work. Press releases, directories, Realtor.com and Zillow profiles, Reddit.
  6. Fair Housing. Does the agency say its content is reviewed for compliance?

Two notes on the lists above this one. First Page Sage ranks Siana Marketing second and Genevate third on its real estate list; Siana's about page lists Evan Bailyn, First Page Sage's CEO, as a partner, and Genevate's lists him as a strategic advisor. The same listicle says real estate clients average $3.6M a year in net new revenue, while First Page Sage's own service page says $1.6M. BulletProof's list puts BulletProof first. When we asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for the best agency 450 times, 319 of 450 answers (70.9%) cited at least one page where the publisher ranks itself first. This page is written by an agency on it too, so check the links.

1. FlyDragon: best for agents who want a published price and their market to themselves

What it is. FlyDragon is an AI SEO agency for real estate agents, founded in 2025 and based in Manchester, New Hampshire. Four co-founders are named, including Tim Harvey, formerly COO of Curaytor. It works with top-producing solo agents, teams and independent brokerages in the US and Canada, residential only, across what it says are 135 markets.

What it does. Buyer and seller question harvesting, 40-to-60-word answer blocks, FAQPage, QAPage and entity schema, featured snippet and AI Overview capture, and weekly answer-presence tracking across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and voice assistants. The service page lists on-site work; the Nate Clark case study shows the off-site half, a press release aimed at one exact phrase.

Who it is for. Agent-first. The Team tier covers brokerages with up to 10 agent profiles and white-label reporting. No website or CRM is bundled. Fair Housing or advertising compliance: not published.

Exclusivity. One agent per market. Good if you sign first, a closed door if a competitor did.

Proof. The most specific named AI results on this list. Nate Clark in Austin ranked number one for "best probate realtor in Austin" across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok within four to six weeks of a press release; the service page credits him with 8.4x inbound lead growth. Tracie Chernowski, a Keller Williams team in Middletown, is quoted two ways: the service page card says +$60K GCI in 90 days, the case study says $30K+ GCI and 3 listings, and the case study body puts the first deal at $15,000. The page also claims over $60M of homes sold through AI answers.

Pricing and terms. Starter $799 a month (50 prompts, one market), Growth $1,399 (250 prompts, three markets, 12 pages a month), Team $2,599 (unlimited prompts, 10 agent profiles, 30 pages a month). Every tier is a 6-month commitment, with 10 percent off for paying upfront. If answer presence has not moved in 90 days, it extends the engagement free until it does. It does not guarantee deal counts.

Limit. Founded in 2025, so the record is short. The same client result appears as three figures, and the client count is 115 in one block and 130+ in the hero of the same page. The "7 of 20 June calls claimed" line was still live in late October. Ask which numbers are current.

2. BulletProof: best for solo agents who want the site, CRM, reviews and PR bundled

What it is. BulletProof Real Estate Agent is a Willow Park, Texas company that has sold visibility systems to agents since 2022 and says it has served 1,000+ agents across North America. Its own FAQ answers "Is this a marketing agency?" with "No". It calls itself a visibility and conversion platform plus a team, built only for real estate agents.

What it does. Name, address and phone synced across 55+ platforms, Google Business Profile management, a review growth system, weekly blog content, quarterly press releases across 400+ outlets on Premium and above, YouTube SEO and a VIP success manager. Pro and above include its own IDX website and CRM. It lists ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Who it is for. Solo agents and small teams: "the Realtor who is the brand, not a 40-agent brokerage with an in-house marketing department". It will work on an existing site only if the site is open and editable; otherwise it says rebuilding is the cheaper path. Fair Housing or advertising compliance: not published.

Exclusivity. One exclusive agent per market, on the Platinum tier only.

Proof. The lead case is Evan Downey, an eXp agent in Dallas, who took number one on Google in Dallas and "closed millions in listings" from organic AI search, with no AI-specific count. Lisa Peabody of RE/MAX Platinum is tagged "Found first on ChatGPT" with no number. The pricing page says the average time to a first AI recommendation is about 60 days.

Pricing and terms. Flagship $399 a month, Pro $999, Premium $1,250, Platinum $3,999, with yearly billing discounted (Flagship $4,389 a year against $4,788). No minimum term is stated. The AI SEO page guarantees first page among the top agents in your market within twelve months, provided you do one call a month, one review ask a week, and answer its setup requests.

Limit. By its own description it is a platform, not an agency, and "90% done for you" means you still own the review asks and the monthly calls. The headline results are Google rankings rather than AI mentions. Above Flagship you are buying its website and CRM too, so leaving means moving your site.

3. InboundREM: best for agents who want to own their website

What it is. InboundREM is a real estate SEO company founded in 2014 by Robert Newman, headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with a second location in Van Nuys, California. Its AI visibility service is branded RealtyRank AI, and it publishes a fact page written for AI assistants to read. The AI page gives two agent counts: 5,400+ agents over 16 years and 2,400+ active agents.

What it does. Custom "AI Info" pages, press release campaigns to 1,000+ publications, a citation audit and repair, article placements on LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, Reddit, BiggerPockets and Wikipedia, schema markup and a client review audit. It says it targets six AI platforms and tracks 380+ markets.

Who it is for. Agent-first, with custom plans for brokerages. Its fact page also names residential developers, property managers, HOA and condo communities, investors, mortgage brokers and vacation rental managers. Websites are built as client-owned WordPress assets, not leased platforms. Fair Housing: not published.

Proof. Bret Wallace in Fort Bend, Texas says InboundREM campaigns generated over $3.5 million in sales volume and more than $100,000 in GCI for him in March 2026, and that he is the top-recommended realtor across ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. An unnamed Miami agent is credited with +340% AI mentions. The portfolio claim is that 94 percent see ranking gains in 90 days.

Pricing and terms. $750 a month per AI platform (a Gemini plan and a ChatGPT plan), with brokerage and enterprise plans from $2,500; the fact page gives the range as $750 to $2,500+. Contract terms are not published.

Limit. Paying per platform means two engines cost $1,500 a month before anything else, and the ChatGPT plan is labelled as Microsoft's on the page. The two agent counts sit on the same page. The founder's about page still says 2024 is the last year he takes consulting calls, so ask who you will be working with.

4. CiteVantage: best for the lowest published price on the site you already have

What it is. CiteVantage is an AI SEO agency for real estate, formed in July 2026. It is a Wyoming LLC with a Sheridan mailing address, and its pricing page says the work is founder-led from Pakistan. Its about page says every audit, sprint and monthly re-check is run by the founder, Abdul Subkhan, so this is a one-person company.

What it does. A 90-day program: a 300-question audit on four engines, technical and schema fixes, profiles made consistent across Google Business Profile, Realtor.com, Zillow and the brokerage roster, up to 15 guides a month, and day-30 and day-90 re-tests with screenshots. Monthly plans track 50 to 100 approved buyer questions every two weeks on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, with directories, reviews, digital PR, Reddit and Quora on every plan.

Who it is for. Solo agents, teams under 10 and property managers on the Agent plan; larger teams and brokerages next; multi-market firms; enterprise for franchises, quoted. Separate pages cover commercial real estate, multifamily and UK estate agents. It works on the site you already have, and you publish its work within 14 days. No website or CRM is bundled. Fair Housing or advertising compliance: not published.

Exclusivity. One agent, team or brokerage per area at a time.

Proof. One named result: Bright Realty International, a 17-domain network, with 2.1x clicks across 15 sites and 35 AI-cited pages, from Search Console dated 21 September 2026. The clicks are organic Google clicks, not AI mentions. The day-90 win on the homepage is labelled an illustration, not a client result.

Pricing and terms. The lowest published prices here. A free 200-answer audit, a $99 one-time 1,200-answer audit, a $249 one-time 30-day sprint, then Agent $499 a month, Brokerage $999 and Multi-Market $1,899, each on a 3-month minimum, plus $299 a month per extra market. An All-in-One AI plus Google plan starts at $1,200 a month on a 6-month commitment. Its "1-in-4 Guarantee": named by AI on one in four of your agreed buyer questions within 90 days, or it works two more months free, never a refund.

Limit. A company formed in July 2026 with one person doing the delivery, which caps how many clients it can take and leaves no cover if that person is unavailable. The only named result is measured in clicks and cited pages rather than AI mentions. The 3-month minimum and the $249 sprint keep the downside small.

5. First Page Sage: best for brokerages, funds and proptech that want Fair Housing review

What it is. First Page Sage is a remote generalist agency with a dedicated real estate SEO and GEO page. The page says 17 years in real estate marketing (its healthcare page says 18 years overall), 108 real estate clients to date, 29 active, and 2,750 real estate articles and landing pages produced.

What it does. A full month of planning first: audits of SEO, GEO and conversion, with technical SEO handled outright, including IDX pages, listing feeds and site speed. From month two, seven deliverables a month on a combined SEO and GEO campaign, or six on GEO alone: neighborhood and market pages, data pieces, comparison articles and PR, written by in-house W2 writers.

Who it is for. Residential brokerages, commercial real estate firms and developers, real estate investment firms and funds, and proptech platforms; property managers appear in its KPI list. It also offers guidance for in-house teams. No platform is bundled. It is the only agency here with a Fair Housing statement: every draft is checked for accuracy and fair housing compliance before you see it.

Proof. Portfolio averages with no named client: a 59 percent increase in real estate client mentions in AI results, $1.6M average annual new net revenue per client, and 5.3 months to breakeven. The one testimonial is an unnamed principal broker.

Pricing and terms. Not published; the page says its pricing reflects senior talent, intentionally. Everything runs month to month.

Limit. Real estate is one of many verticals, the results are averages with no named client, and there is no price. The results block on the real estate page is still headed "Our Cybersecurity Results", a template leftover. The page says it is not for buyers who think AI optimization is a matter of schema and FAQ blocks. Its own ranking of real estate agencies puts it first, and two of the agencies it ranks next list its CEO on their about pages.

6. Genevate: best for developers and commercial firms that want PR-led GEO

What it is. Genevate is a GEO agency founded by Brett Kleinberg, with a page for real estate and development companies. Its about page lists two people: the founder, and Evan Bailyn of First Page Sage as strategic advisor. Location and founding year are not published on the pages we checked.

What it does. An AI visibility audit that begins with how generative AI platforms describe your company, executives and competitors, then authority statement engineering, AI-optimized content, executive entity optimization, PR, and quarterly manual AI ranking benchmarks.

Who it is for. Firms, not individual agents: developers, commercial brokerages and investors whose buyers and tenants use AI to evaluate firms, advisors and markets. No platform is bundled. Fair Housing or advertising compliance: not published.

Proof. Not published. The one testimonial is an unnamed commercial real estate brokerage that says tenants were using AI to shortlist brokers and that market-page traffic jumped. No figure is given.

Pricing and terms. Neither is published.

Limit. A generalist across six industries, and the real estate page is short, with no numbers, no price and no named client. The advisor tie to First Page Sage, which ranks Genevate third on its own real estate list, is stated on both sites.

7. Real Estate Webmasters: best for teams already on an REW site

What it is. Real Estate Webmasters is a website and CRM platform company in Nanaimo, British Columbia, with 22+ years in real estate, 5,000+ clients served and 90 percent client retention. Its AI search page, last updated August 18, 2026, sells AEO as a service for sites on its platform.

What it does. Consult, create, publish: its SEO specialists implement schema and content changes on your REW site. The platform renders HTML on the server, adds schema markup and offers an llms.txt feature. The page describes its tactics as GEO, AEO, LLMO and AIO.

Who it is for. Agents, team leaders, brokerages and enterprise, with a platform tier for each. The AI work is implemented on REW-built sites, and the company handles MLS and IDX feed, compliance and attribution requirements for each board. Fair Housing: not published.

Proof. No AI result with a number. The page's case is an SEO result: The Pozek Group in Orlando went from about 200 to about 30,000 organic visits a month, and the page says the group is found on Google and inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

Pricing and terms. The AI service is not priced separately. Platform plans start at $350 a month for a single user, $499 for a small team and $799 and up for a large team. The page says it guarantees ROI or you can cancel your contract.

Limit. Platform first. If you are not on an REW site this is not for you, and if you are, the AEO work is tied to the platform. The AEO price sits inside the platform price.

8. Agent Image: best for agents buying an Agent Image website

What it is. Agent Image is a real estate website company, a division of The Design People, Inc., that started in a one-room office on Venice Beach and now has over 300 employees on two continents. Its about page says 26 years and 30,000+ real estate websites launched. Its SEO page sells "SEO, AEO, and GEO Solutions".

What it does. Five packages. Foundation, one-time: audit, metadata, Google Business Profile setup, 30 local citations and AI FAQ implementation. Core, monthly: ongoing citations, NAP checks, GBP posting and baseline links. Growth, monthly: content pages, market report pages, AI visibility auditing, backlinks and reporting. Evergreen: a market report page with FAQ schema. Reach: a one-time AI-era tune-up for agents who already have SEO. It names ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

Who it is for. Agents, brokers and teams. Every Agent Image website comes with an SEO foundation built in, and AEO and GEO are packaged inside the SEO tiers of a website business. Reach is the one package aimed at agents with an existing site. Fair Housing or advertising compliance: not published.

Proof. Not published. No AI result and no client is named on the page.

Pricing and terms. Not published; every package ends in a "Get Pricing & Features" form. Foundation and Reach are one-time, Core and Growth are monthly.

Limit. No price, no AI result and no client on the AEO page, and the off-site work listed is citations and backlinks only, with no press, Reddit or review-site work. If you are not buying an Agent Image website, Reach is the only package built for you.

9. AEO Labs: best for off-site citation work for firms, next to a specialist

What we are. A small specialist agency. AEO and the SEO underneath it are all we do. We have no real estate case study, and we are saying that first so you can weigh everything below against it. If you are a solo agent, the specialists above are built for you and we are not.

What we do. Our answer engine optimization work starts with the questions buyers ask AI, run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, logging which sources each engine cites. Most of the effort then goes off your site: listicle placement, digital PR and contributed expert content on the domains the engines already trust. Our client work covers DTC and ecommerce, B2B SaaS, healthcare and multi-location services.

Who it is for. A brokerage, proptech company or developer that wants the off-site citation and listicle placement work and a measured audit, next to whoever runs the website. We do not build IDX sites or CRMs, we do not sell exclusivity, and our service page says nothing about Fair Housing because we have not run a real estate program. If you hire us, put compliance review in the contract.

Closest proof. Rec Nation is a multi-state service business, not real estate. It ranked in 23+ states inside the first 60 days and has grown roughly 5x since 2024, and Gemini ranked RecNation second of the named operators for "best RV storage in Texas" in a logged-in US session captured on August 8, 2026. Our clearest AI result is in another category: ChatGPT ranked Try Create number one for "what is the best creatine gummy" in a logged-out US session on August 9, 2026.

Pricing and terms. Not published. Every engagement starts with a 30-day sprint, then continues as a retainer or your team takes the plan forward. We quote after a first call.

Where we are the wrong choice. Solo agents and teams: FlyDragon, BulletProof, InboundREM and CiteVantage sell to you by the market, publish a price and have named agent results. We have none of those. If you need one company for the site, the CRM and the AI work, pick one of them or a platform.

What makes real estate AEO different

One agent per market. FlyDragon, CiteVantage and BulletProof's Platinum tier sell exclusivity, and so does Lofty, a CRM platform that also sells AEO. That makes a named result less useful than it looks: Nate Clark's number one for probate in Austin is a FlyDragon result no other Austin agent can buy from FlyDragon. Before you read any case study, ask whether the vendor will take you in your market at all, and what happens to your pages and profiles if you leave and a competitor signs.

Agent prompts are local, firm prompts are not. "Best probate realtor in Austin" is answered from Google Business Profiles, Realtor.com and Zillow profiles, reviews and local press, which is why the agent specialists spend their effort on NAP sync, profile consistency and press releases aimed at one phrase. A question about a commercial brokerage, a fund or a proptech platform is answered from research, comparison articles and PR, which is what First Page Sage and Genevate sell. The same split runs through AEO for law firms.

The website question comes first. Real Estate Webmasters and Agent Image sell AEO on top of their own sites. BulletProof bundles its IDX site and CRM from the Pro tier and says a closed platform it cannot edit becomes the ceiling on everything else. CiteVantage works on the site you have, and InboundREM builds client-owned WordPress sites. Decide whether you are buying a site or a service before you compare prices.

Fair Housing is a review step, and one agency mentions it. Content that describes neighborhoods, buyers and who a home suits is advertising. First Page Sage says every draft is checked for fair housing compliance before you see it. Nobody else on this list, us included, publishes a position. Ask for one in writing and keep your broker in the approval loop. This is not legal advice.

What to ask before you sign

  1. Will you take me in my market, and who else do you work with here? Three of the eight sell one agent per market. Get the policy in writing either way.
  2. Which prompts will you track, and can I see the baseline? Ask for the list split by Google local pack, AI Overviews and chatbot answers.
  3. Do I need your website or CRM, and what happens to my site if I leave? A bundled platform means moving your site when you move agencies.
  4. Can I see an AI result for an agent or firm like mine, with a name, a prompt, an engine and a date? Clicks and Google rankings are different results. If a figure appears two ways on the site, ask which is right.
  5. Who reviews content for Fair Housing and advertising rules? One agency here publishes an answer. Ask the rest.
  6. What is the minimum term, and who does the work each week? Terms here run from none to six months, and the guarantees are extra months of work, never refunds. One agency here is a single person, and one founder's page says he stopped taking consulting calls. Ask for the name.

The full checklist, with strong and weak answers to each question, is in how to choose an AEO agency.

Where to start

Take 20 questions a buyer or seller would ask about your market: "best listing agent in [neighborhood]", "who sells the most homes in [ZIP]", "[your brokerage] reviews", or for a firm, "best industrial brokerage in [metro]". Run them through ChatGPT, Gemini and Google this week and write down who gets named and which sources are cited. That is the core of an AEO audit, and you can do it yourself. Ours is the AI visibility audit. If you run a brokerage, a proptech company or a development firm and want the off-site half done, book a call with Aidan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an AEO agency that only works in real estate?

Not always, but it changes what you get. The four real estate specialists here (FlyDragon, BulletProof, InboundREM and CiteVantage) sell to agents by market, publish prices and work on the profiles AI checks an agent against: Google Business Profile, Realtor.com, Zillow and brokerage rosters. The generalists, First Page Sage and Genevate, write for brokerages, funds, developers and proptech, where the prompts are about firms rather than a person in a ZIP code. Pick by the prompts you need to win.

How much does a real estate AEO agency cost?

Four of the nine publish a price. FlyDragon charges $799, $1,399 or $2,599 a month on a 6-month commitment. CiteVantage charges $499, $999 or $1,899 a month on a 3-month minimum, plus a $249 one-time sprint and a $99 one-time audit. BulletProof runs from $399 to $3,999 a month. InboundREM charges $750 a month per AI platform, with brokerage plans from $2,500. Real Estate Webmasters prices its platform from $350 a month and does not price the AI work separately. First Page Sage, Genevate, Agent Image and AEO Labs do not publish a price.

What does market exclusivity mean for real estate AEO?

FlyDragon works with one agent per market, CiteVantage with one agent, team or brokerage per area, and BulletProof sells one exclusive agent per market on its Platinum tier. If a competitor in your ZIP code signed first, that vendor cannot take you. It also means a named result, such as FlyDragon's Nate Clark ranking first for probate in Austin, is not available to another Austin agent from the same vendor. Ask about the policy before you read the case studies, and ask what happens to your pages if you leave.

Do I need a new website to do AEO for real estate?

It depends on who you hire. Real Estate Webmasters implements AI work on its own platform, Agent Image packages AEO inside the SEO tiers of a website business, and BulletProof bundles its IDX website and CRM from its Pro tier, saying a closed platform it cannot edit becomes the ceiling on everything else. CiteVantage works on the site you already have and asks you to publish its work within 14 days. InboundREM builds client-owned WordPress sites. Decide whether you are buying a site or a service before you compare prices.

Do Fair Housing rules apply to AEO content?

Treat anything an agency writes about neighborhoods, buyers or who a home suits as advertising, because that is what it is. Of the nine agencies here, only First Page Sage says on its real estate page that every draft is checked for accuracy and fair housing compliance before you see it. The other eight, including us, do not publish a position. Ask for one in writing and keep your broker in the approval loop. This article is not legal advice.

How long does real estate AEO take?

The agencies that publish a timeline do not agree. BulletProof says the average time to a first AI recommendation across its clients is about 60 days, and its guarantee runs to twelve months. FlyDragon's case study says Nate Clark ranked first within four to six weeks of a press release, and it extends the engagement free if answer presence has not moved in 90 days. CiteVantage's guarantee is measured at day 90. First Page Sage quotes 5.3 months average time to breakeven. Treat any timeline given before an audit with caution.

Is a Google ranking the same as an AI mention?

No, and the results on these sites mix the three. CiteVantage's named result is 2.1x organic clicks. BulletProof's lead case is number one on Google in Dallas. Real Estate Webmasters shows organic visits rising from about 200 to about 30,000 a month. FlyDragon and InboundREM quote positions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity plus GCI. First Page Sage quotes a 59 percent rise in AI mentions as a portfolio average. When an agency shows you a result, ask which of the three it is and for the prompt, the engine and the date.

Why is AEO Labs last on its own list?

Because we have no real estate case study, and most of the agencies above us sell to nobody but real estate. We put ourselves last and say so. Our closest work is Rec Nation, a multi-state service business, which is not real estate. We fit brokerages, proptech companies and developers that want the off-site citation and listicle work done next to whoever runs the site. If you are a solo agent, the specialists above are built for you and we are not.
